June 9th - Geiger County received the overall Model County flag. The County is very proud of their accomplishment and hope to retain the flag until the end of the week.
June 10th - Citizens attended their respective party conventions to hear speeches made by candidates seeking the party nomination for State Office.
June 11th - The County attended the General Assembly in order to view State Officer candidate speeches for the elections that will take place on the 12th.
