Receiving Funds by Direct Deposit

Please notify the Cash Manager at extension 7741 if you plan to receive funds by direct deposit. Normally, the depositor provides a consent form that the Cash Manager will complete and return. The Cash Manager will assist you by completing financial institution information and by obtaining the necessary signature approvals. You will be asked to provide your EIU account number. When your direct deposit arrives, a receipt will be sent to your department.
