Purpose

The Civil Service Council's purpose is to provide advisory counsel to the administration and the Employee Advisory Committee representative of the University Civil Service Merit Board regarding the general interest and welfare of non-negotiated civil service employees.  We also review and make recommendations to the University regarding personnel matters involving Non-Negotiated Civil Service Employees.

Nomination forms are available for Election to the EIU Civil Service Council for Non-Negotiated Employees.  Positions are available in all districts.  If you wish to run for a position on the
