Creamy Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

8 oz. fat-free reduced calorie yogurt, any flavor

cup 100% juice, any flavor

1 cup frozen berries

 

 

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
