New Leaders Assistance Service (NLAS) Program
The purpose of the NewLeaders Assistance Service (NLAS) is to help beginning, first year principals become effective instructional leaders and to more quickly and comfortably assume the duties and responsibilities of building administration. A small group of NewLeader Assistants provide most of the core services.
