NRHH strives to recognize people who have a positive impact on residential life. They work to ensure this occurs through a myriad of avenues whether it is through formal recognition, such as OTM's or OTY's, or informal avenues. NRHH also holds a week each semester, known as NRHH Recognition Week, in which the organization recognizes people who make a daily impact in the residence halls.
