RSO Visit Report Form

Student Senators: Please complete this form within 1 week of attending your RSO meeting. If not, it will not count towards fulfilling the monthly RSO visit requirement.

Requirements/Instructions
• This form must be submitted one week after the attended RSO meeting.
• Senators need to follow up with the President/Leader(s) of the RSO regarding what SG is working on biweekly, via email, and let them know they are there for questions, or if they need help. Carbon copy (CC) the Internal Affairs Chair(s) on the email you send.
• Provide the President/leader(s) of the organization with: your contact information, informing them that our governing body is there if they need support or assistance.
