Our Purpose
The purpose of the Staff Senate is to facilitate communication, solicit and express opinions, give suggestions and recommendations on all matters of concern to the Staff of EIU as a whole, except in matters within the scope of collective bargaining.

President - Antoine Thomas
Vice President - Angie Campbell
Treasurer - Suzann Bennett
Secretary - Tammy Miller
Elections were held April 29-30, 2013 and the results are in! Christina Jenkins and Zoraida Irizarry were re-elected from Union 981; John Warner is the new representative from Negotiated Physical Plant; Cindy Starwalt is the new representative from Non-Negotiated (excluding Non-Negotiated Trades); and Adam Due was elected as the new reprsentative from the University Police Department. Their terms will start July 1, 2013.
