Strategic Enrollment Planning Step 6: Quantifiable Goal & ROI Identification
New enrollments projected to result from the implementation of these plans drive the development of realistic goals for new freshman and transfer student enrollment in fall 2014 and beyond. The projections were adjusted for attrition in the second, third, and fourth year, in keeping with historical retention rates. Plans likely to "compete" for the same students also were "de-duped" to reduce the possibility of double counting. As the 2014 Strategic Enrollment Plan shows, the result is a very convervative projection for improvement. However, it is possible that ongoing enrollment management efforts may enable Eastern to surpass these goals.
