My name is Ann and I am a senior Elementary Education major at E.I.U. I was the facilitator for the Marian Anderson team. I have had a great time working on the Marian Anderson team and learning about this great American hero. We were able to learn about the great impact Marian had on society and American culture in the past and the present. We had an opportunity to see videos of Marian and to hear her beautiful voice. Hannah and Bailey and I were truly inspired by the energy and passion in Marian's voice. This has been a wonderful adventure for me and a wonderful teaching/learning experience.
