2003, 25th Annual Teacher Education Division of Council for
Exceptional Children refereed program.
- Thomas Sinclair presented on the TASH refereed
program Fall 2002 and at the CASE Special
Educators Institute February 2003.
- Kathlene Shank made two featured
presentations on the Council for Exceptional Children Program Spring 2003.
- Kathlene Shank Chairs the Council for
Exceptional Children (CEC) Subcommittee on Knowledge and Skills, and serves
on the CEC Professional Standards and Practices Standing Committee.
- Rebecca Cook is Historian for the Illinois
Teacher Education Division professional organization and Kathlene Shank is Secretary/Treasurer of this state
organization.
- Kathlene Shank is Chair of the Illinois
Alliance of Special Education Administrators Standing Committee on Certification.

650 student volunteers for the Fall 2003 Family
Fun Festival and 600 volunteers for Spring 2002 Area 9 Special
Olympics.

- Kathlene Shank serves on the Advisory
