ANONYMOUS LETTERS
Anonymous letters shall be ignored and shall not be used as a basis for administrative action. Individuals who have complaints to state must sign communications if they are to be considered by the University.
A complaint would normally be lodged with the individual's supervisor. If that presents a problem to the person with the complaint, it may be sent to the appropriate Vice President. If the complaint alleges official wrongdoing, it may be submitted to the Chief Internal Auditor.
