In November 1999, Heidi joined Eastern Illinois University as the accountant for Facilities Planning & Management. She joined the budget office in March 2006. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University; after which she went on to specialize in governmental auditing, taxation, and corporate accounting in the public sector. Heidi lives in Charleston with her daughter Ashley.
Mai joined the staff of Eastern Illinois University in 1998. She earned her B.A. degree from Hastings College in 1982. She has one son, Minh Jr., and five lovely grandchildren, Claire, Anthony, Faith, twins Isaiah and Luke.
