ANNUAL RESPONSIBILITIES: All faculty-led programs need to be renewed annually using the renewal form. Only changes in programming need to be recorded on this form.

Faculty-led Program Status

Programs are approved on a three-year cycle. After this cycle, programs need to be reviewed by the IEC and reapproved. A new proposal and budget should be submitted, along with your program reports and student evaluations. The Office of Study Abroad will also review applicable student evaluations.
