Joshua H. Donaldson of the Town of Charleston in said County, of Ripe Age, being first duly sworn according to Law, on his Oath says, that he is will acquainted with one Seth Cook now under arrest in the Town of Charleston; and that about two months since at the Co. & aforesaid, he had a conversation with said Cook about political matters, when the said Seth Cook said, that is he had to fight any Abolition war he intended to fight for the South. And further saith not.
