Robert Kimball a citizen of Charleston, Illinois, aged 24 years being duly sworn on is oath deposeth and says in addition to his former deposition taken heretofore, since which time he saw Aron Briant, that said Briant is the man that I saw shoot at the soldiers, one or more and further saith not.
