The first floor of the the house is made of hardwood built in concentric pattern. The open floor plan and the wooden spindle balusters on the stairsway are distintinctive features of the Queen Anne Revival style.
Mrs. G. B. Dudley had the hallway wallpapered. It was damaged and Tilford Dudley replaced it with as close a match as possible.
