TEC 5323 Advanced Database Technology

Discussion of Week 2

 

This is the second discussion of the semester. Please use the discussion guidelines in Course Policy to formulate your response! The grading scale in the policy will be used for the discussions starting this week.

 

Discussion Topic:

Why is a database management system useful for oraganization? (In what way the database system can help the organization? )

 

Discussion Board (WebCT) Procedure:

  1. Login WebCT.
  2. You will log on to your WebCT desktop with your login username and password.
  3. Click on TEC5323 Advanced Database Technology. 
  4. Click on the "Class Discussion" icon from the TEC5323 web site. 
  5. Click "Week 1: Personal Introduction" for the first week's discussion.
  6. Under Subject, click "Week1: Personal Introduction." Please do not click Compose Discussion Message!!!
  7. Click "Reply" button.
  8. Compose your message. Press "Preview" to check for errors.
  9. After your check your reply, click "Post" button.

When you are ready, please click Discussion Board to login.
