Oracle Form (Graphical User Interface)
The following is a screen shot of Oracle Forms I designed for a practice application. A form is designed for a user to query and manipulate date through the graphical user interface. The design of forms is generally a task of Oracle developer, who needs some understanding of the database server as a prerequisite. The developer will then focus on user interface design using various tools such as FORMS, REPORTS, Java, Applets, Serverlet, Enterprise Java Bean (EJB), Portal and others.
The user interface development is not the focus of this course. However, once you understand the server technology, it is very easy for anyone to learn the interface design and development quickly.
