These rates are for the employees of the University, or anyone that is coming to the University for business purposes. If you are not given these rates, please check with the hotel manager.

Our current reimbursable rate is $60.00 a night plus tax.

If staying at the Baymont Inn & Suites (217-234-2355) make sure you ask for the Eastern Illinois University State Rate. The rate you should be given is:
		$55.00 Standard room with 2 queen beds
		$58.00 Standard room with 1 king bed
		$60.00 Executive king suite

If staying at the Hampton Inn (217-234-4267) make sure you ask for the Eastern Illinois University State Rate. The rate you should be given is:
		$60.00 Standard room with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed
		or handicapped accessible room with 1 queen bed
