- find the Web Site for McDonalds or Wendy's or Hardees or
Taco Bell - (etc.) menu.
- plan a virtual menu for a day when you "fast" --- that is -- live on
Fast Food [ no escargot (haha) ] - breakfast; lunch and dinner at McD's -- or breakfast at one place, lunch at another, and dinner dining at a third. Add up your intake.
- purchase a drinks at any fast food establishment and compute the number of cc's you get per penny.
Bonus: 10 points
- to the first person that emails me with the URL of the place where it is
possible to determine your specific Daily Recommended Allowance ( DRA ) for
something like 23 nutrients. It doesn't show these data on the print out,
but type in : height; weight; age and activity level. Presto - there is your
daily "maximum intakes" for each substance is there. Cool.
