updated immunizations as required by EIU (polio booster, updated tetanus, Hepatitis A & B series)
malaria medication is a topic to be discussed with you family and physician and is not required at this point
request a travel printout from a Public Health Department that is specific to the time, length and activities of your travel as well as individually specific health concerns (such as asthma, etc.)
