Support

Turnitin is a service licensed by EIU. If you experience problems with your Turnitin account or with using the service, you will need to get support from Turnitin since it is a service provided outside of EIU.

The online help menus can provide a great deal of support with using the tool. The menus will automatically pull up the help information most relevant to the Turnitin web page you are currently viewing. Turnitin offers additional general information about the Turnitin Help menu .

In addition to the online Turnitin help options, the Turnitin user guides for Instructor and Student may be downloaded and reviewed to offer more in-depth help information.

If you are logged into Turnitin and enter an account or a class, Turnitin also offers a helpdesk link that when clicked on will open an online form where you can type in an explaination of your problem to request additional help assistance.

Your college ISS, CATs office, and Help Desk (217.581.HELP) can provide some help assistance with using the Turnitin tool.
