Thank you for your participation in the 2011 Spring Pantherpalooza RSO Fair. The event begins promptly at 10 a.m and ends at 3 p.m. Each RSO will be provided
with (1) table and (2) chairs. Additional arrangements must be made in advance by the RSO for power if needed. We are asking all RSO representatives to arrive at their table 30 minutes
before the event begins in order to be well-prepared for the day's event.
Please bring a sufficient amount of marketing/promotional materials for your organization's table display. Also, please make sure your table is monitored throughout the day by a member from
your Registered Student Organization. If you have any questions and/or concerns please call 581-5522 and/or visit the Student Activities Office (2nd floor in the MLK Jr. Union). Thank
