Dr. Grant Sterling

Dr. Grant Sterling earned a B.A. in philosophy from Eastern Illinois University in 1985. He returned to the Eastern philosophy department as a faculty member in 1990 after receiving a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa. He specializes in ethical theory and ancient and medieval philosophy, with particular interest in the philosophy of the Stoics. He is the author of Ethical Intuitionism and Its Critics. |
