My name is
Anne. I am a Junior at Eastern Illinois University and I am studying to
be an elementary teacher. I enjoy working with kids and Project WOW
has helped me to assure that. Project WOW has allowed me to work
with 2 wonderful people: Emily and Taylor. I have learned a lot about
Gwendolyn Brooks, our Illinois Hero. She was an Illinois Hero to
many for her talents and contributions to the wonderful world of poetry.
