Responsible use of grant funds requires that Eastern implement financial policies that comply with all relevant regulations: those of each sponsor and those of the state and federal government. The university’s financial policies are the collection of documents listed on the Financial Compliance page of the website of the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. These documents can be issued or amended by a memo from the Provost.
