The Film Studies Minor has created this survey to obtain feedback about your experience in the minor at EIU. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary and anonymous; your name and E-number are not required and should not be included. You may skip any question you wish. The purpose of this survey is to collect information about your experience in the program and how it could be improved. The survey data will be securely stored and reviewed by the faculty members in the Film Studies Minor. Following completion of the self-study, survey information will be destroyed.
