Indiana Native Plant and Wildflower Society

The list in “Invasive Plants of Indiana” came from meetings with 15-20 natural area managers from around Indiana. These species had consensus from the group that they invaded sites in Indiana. The Invasive Plant Species Assessment Working Group (IPSAWG) is producing a list of invasive plant species in the horticultural trade through formal assessment - information on that may be found at www.invasivespecies.in.gov
