The ITS Help Desk has, over the summer, moved to room 3040 in the Student Services Building. They were previously located in the basement of the Student Services Building. This move will facilitate in providing a one stop location for students, faculty, and staff to receive assistance with their technology and PantherCard needs.
With this move the phone system has been slightly modified to incorporate the different services offered. Now when calling 217-581-4357, you will be put through to an auto attendant with the following options:
- Press 1 to talk to an ITS employee to solve computer issues or resetting your password
- Press 2 to talk to a Telecommunications employee to solve telephone issues
- Press 3 to talk to a Panthercard employee for problems relating to your Panthercard
