Besides his teaching at the School of Technology, Dr. Strandberg also served as the Graduate Program Coordinator. He played an important role in establishing the National Association of Industrial Technology (NAIT) in the late sixties. He retired in December 31,1999, after having served Eastern Illinois University for over 34 years.
