        Roy Lanham and Doris Nordine came to EIU to talk to us about Cesar Chavez. They told us how what he did influenced their lives. Roy and his family have dedicated their lives to nonviolence. Doris is a native of Mexico. She told us about how many Mexicans work as migrant farm workers in the United States to support their families back home in Mexico. They challenge us to live our lives nonviolently. We thought it was a great idea!
