Objectives: Students will value the roles of rangers, junior rangers, and hikers and what they do while learning valuable and fun safety tips.
What We Learned: We
learned how to plan a trip into the wilderness while understanding the
importance of trail, hiking, and wildlife safety. We also read a
journal from a man who hiked the whole Appalachian Trail!
