TEST INSTRUCTIONS AND MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION:
Grand Ballroom and University Ballroom, as assigned by the seating chart

9:40-10:20 AM

FIRST TESTING SESSION: (Actual test will be 40 min)

10:35-11:15 AM

SECOND TESTING SESSION: (Actual test will be 40 min)

11:15-1:40 PM

LUNCH BREAK:

 

During this period, the Scoring Committee will determine team and individual winners. Participants and their coaches may want to utilize this time to have lunch and/or browse around the Eastern Illinois University campus.

1:40-2:40 PM

PRESENTATION OF AWARDS:

 

Trophies will be presented to winning teams, and medallions will be presented to First, Second, and Third place individual winners in each of the seven subject areas. (Grand Ballroom) Team pictures for local newspapers will be taken immediately following each of the awards ceremonies.
