Jambo! (Hello!) We are the Wangari Maathai team. The people on our team are (in picture order): Belle, Kayla, Elle, Alicia, and Dallas. Our team teachers are: Miss Cory, Miss Dudley, Miss Reis, and Miss Travers. We learned about different animals in Africa, that Wangari Maathai won the Nobel Peace Prize, Wangari helped her environment by planting trees, and much more about Wangari Maathai and the things she has done for the environment.
