Our Paul Sargent team got the opportunity to go into the vault of the Tarble Art Center at Eastern Illinois University to view Paul Sargent's paintings. Mr. Wallis showed us many beautiful paintings that were painted by Paul Sargent. We also got to compare paintings of other painters to those of Paul's. Our team learned numerous items about Paul and where inspiration came from for his paintings. Here is a picture of our team with Mr. Wallis standing in front of a group of Paul Sarent's paintings. It was a great experience to go into the vault and see the paintings. Not only did we learn about Paul Sargent but as well as the way to preserve his paintings and the importance of the vault that we were in and the paintings that were there.
