Field Trip
Our team visited the Daily Eastern News newsroom. We chose to go
on this field trip because our hero of freedom, Eli Whitney, invented
interchangeable parts and we were able to see the press room where the
newspapers are printed. The machine is huge and is worth thousands of
dollars.
Without Eli Whitney every time this machine broke a new one would have
to be
bought. With Interchangeable parts we can call someone and fix it very
easily.
