Title IX

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and Eastern Illinois University policy prohibit discrimination on basis of sex in educational programs and activities or in employment.

Incident Reporting Form

The Title IX Coordinator is the designated university official with primary responsibility for coordinating the university’s compliance with Title IX. This includes providing advice and guidance on policies, education and training, complaints of sexual harassment and sexual violence, and helping to ensure the university responds appropriately, effectively, and equitably to Title IX issues.

The Deputy Title IX Coordinator coordinates, investigates, and monitors student-on-student complaints of sexual misconduct (sexual violence-rape, sexual assault, sexual battery, sexual coercion; domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking).
