The purpose of this survey is to gather information regarding student background in database and computer systems. The information will be used solely to help instructor to better understand and serve the interests of students. The answers provided will be kept confidential and will not affect your grade in any manner.

1. Login WebCT with your account Name and Password. See the Welcome Letter for Login Procedure.
2. Click Test/Survey icon.
3. Double click Course Survey.
4. Click Begin Survey after reading details on the page.
