Our musicians put on quite the show for us today! The flute and piccalo players performed a section of John Philip Sousa's famous march, The Stars and Stripes Forever! We were able to hear a wonderful performance that not only taught us more about John Philip Sousa, but also taught us that his music is still played today and is very popular among marching bands!
