Mini Field Trip
A trained dog visited the students. There was not a chimpanzee in the surrounding area so we felt that a dog would be a wonderful way for the students to experience a trained mammal! The students were all able to interact with the animal, ask questions, and observe all that the animal could do. All of the students were very interested in the animal and really enjoyed the field trip!
Lets meet our friend Miss Annie! Officer Kozak brought in her black Labrador to perform for the third grade students. The Labrador could do tricks similar to what Jane Goodall could teach the chimpanzees!
