| Ashtan learned that Susan Butcher has won four races and she showed girls that they can do sports. She also has 150 dogs to race with and she has dogs that she named one of them Crackers and then named thier babies different kinds of crackers. |
| Savannah learned that she competed with 20 dogs and she had a total of 150 dogs. At night, Susan would kiss her dogs and she fed all of her dogs. Plus, she makes money to get new dogs to compete with. |
| Brooke learned that Susan shows equality for girls and she won the Iditarod four times. She also talks to her dogs every night and tells them good night and she had one that was named Crackers. |

| Our names are Lisa and Jason and we have learned so much about Susan Butcher. We had never heard of her before doing Project WOW and we think she is an extraordinary woman for all of her achievements. She is an American Hero for having so much dedication to her sport which is dogsledding and she shows that sports are for girls, too! |
