How-To Make Payments

Registration fees: $25 per varsity team member; $25 per at-large competitor; and $8 per JV competitor.

The person responsible for paying your team registration fees may use a credit card, or if paying by check, may request an invoice. To pay the registration fee, please:

        1. Select the ENROLL YOURSELF option
        2. Choose the number of Varsity, At-Large, and/or Junior Varsity students you plan to bring
        3. Add the purchase to your digital cart

Payment may be made by visiting the School of Extended Learning payment portal at the following link: https://sce.eiu.edu/wconnect/CourseStatus.awp?&course=25ACES

Schools paying by check may send their payment to:

PLEASE NOTE: The payment portal is not part of the ACES website. The person responsible for paying your team registration fees will need to create an account or use their existing account from last year. This login information is different from what coaches use to input their rosters on the ACES website. If you have any questions, please reach out to (academic_challenge@eiu.edu).
